Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap "Sign Up". You can register with your email address or sign in with Google. After registering, you'll receive a verification code to confirm your email.
How do I post an outfit?
Go to your Profile tab and tap the "+" button, or navigate to the Explore tab and tap "Post Outfit". Choose a photo from your gallery or take one with your camera, select a category, and post.
What is MuseScore?
MuseScore is your style reputation. You earn points when other users like, save, or follow your content. Muse-certified stylists can also award Expert Picks to standout outfits for bonus points.
How do I save outfits to my moodboard?
Tap the bookmark icon on any outfit in the Explore or Following feed. Saved outfits appear in the "Saved" tab on your Profile.
How do I book a stylist?
Go to the Stylists tab, browse available stylists, and tap on one to view their profile. Tap "Book Session" to choose a date, time, and session type (video call or in-person).
How do I use the AI Stylist?
Open the AI Stylist tab and start chatting. The AI uses your saved moodboard to understand your style preferences and provides personalised outfit suggestions for any occasion.
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings (accessible from your Profile). Tap "Change Password", enter your current password and your new password, then confirm.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and scroll to "Delete Account". You'll need to enter your password to confirm. This permanently deletes your profile, outfits, moodboard, bookings, and authentication data.
I'm not receiving push notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled for MusePin in your device's Settings app. If you recently signed out and back in, notifications should re-register automatically.
